path to stillness yoga studio provides a safe and nurturing atmosphere for those wishing to discover the practice of yoga and explore the connection of the body, mind and spirit through body/mind practices.

path to stillness yoga studio was opened in June 2004, by Sharon Smith-Carter who wanted to offer a studio environment in which to provide yoga, meditation and other mind/body disciplines to the local community in a dedicated centre. She strives to provide quality classes, teachers and programs to explore paths available to creating well-being and awareness through exploration of ourselves.

An openness to experience and discover different ways to move through life can bring joy to each individual; promoting better health and a more balanced approach to daily living. Having a flexible mind is the only flexibility needed to practice yoga.
